Designed by Arabeschi di Latte, an interactive dinner was held in the ABC factory premises to celebrate the company’s 100 year anniversary. Playing with the ABC of conviviality — focusing on interaction, raw materials, taste, pleasure and a subtle interplay of relations — common hardware tools were used as unusual dining and serving implements.
Food was carved with tools, almost as if sculpting with marble, and classic eighteenth-century cutlery accompanied these instruments for the dinner service. On the menu: potatoes in clay, burned artichokes, bread soup, snails, forgotten fruits and old fashioned spirits.
The dinner was realised in collaboration with Bibendum.
