A special private dinner inside the Central Station, during the Milan design week, for BEYOND: The Veuve Clicquot journey by Fabrica. The event was inspired by the stories and legends of constellations and the charm of the night sky.
By using ingredients that have an intimate and intriguing bond with the dark, Arabeschi di Latte built up night time stories from alluring food. The table setting brought together lunar rocks, nocturnal animals, biodynamic vegetables, old traditions, bizarre tales and secret recipes. The result was a feast which had a subtle and suggestive relationship with the universe. The dinner was prepared by chef Marta Pulini (Bibendum).
