Pasta Herbarium

Interactive pasta-making installation for De Etende Mens exhibition, Eindhoven, June 2012. Working on a series of simple hacked wood tables
visitors rediscover the pleasure of labour, using different traditional tools to make their own handmade pasta. Inspired by unusual combinations of spices and herbs, participants created their own pastas from specially illustrated recipe cards by Arabeschi di Latte. Using all natural ingredients, these pastas of unique shapes, sizes, and flavours, created new food stories for each individual in the Pasta Herbarium display.
