The importance of old tastes and forgotten food rituals is the focus of the dinner.

Typical seasonal October delicacies are laid on paper leaves; Tuscan grapes, persimmons and fried apple slices, as well as a selection of forgotten foods. Nostalgic food tasting of the good old days, like fried bread balls, cold cuts and cheeses is offered to guest.
