A lesson is often based on a series of instructions collected in a manual. Food manuals have always had the important task to convey the flavors of Italian cuisine across the centuries.
Starting from this premise, on the occasion of “Lezioni d’italiano”, Arabeshi di Latte creates a food concept inspired by Italian’s traditional food manuals.
Food manuals become the framework for the staging of each event and a selection of emblematic Italian recipes are

reinterpreted in collaboration with the chef Lucas Dominguez.
