Arabeschi di Latte chooses to pull out of “the drawer” an old classic, canap├ęs. Just like they used to be, made to perfection. Using fresh bread, soft and with no crust, with smoked salmon and a slice of lemon, with mayonnaise decorations, hard-boiled eggs topped with flower shaped gherkins, prague ham or hungarian salami arranged to form graceful waves of cream.
