Selfridges, London

September 2015

At the Water bar visitors are invited to imagine life without the plastic water bottle and sample alternative water drinking experiences.
Water is served by water sprites who encourage us to forsake the plastic bottle and enjoy a social ritual re-imagined for the modern day –
sampling filtered tap water with a range of natural flavours from minerals to herbs and fruits. On display are an extraordinary range of vessels that suggest how rich the possibilities of containing water are once we move beyond plastic. In Selfridges Food Hall, visitors refill their own vessels at the Sea Change fountain.

A project In collaboration with Jane Withers.
