Living Design: Biophilia + Food, Culture, Tradition and Autonomy was a workshop run by Francesca Sarti of Arabeschi di Latte and Giulia Tomasello, supported by the British Council. Experimenting with local bio materials, the workshop was organised by Centro Carioca de Design and Materia Brazil and hosted by ESDI and IED in Rio de Janeiro. Participants covered topics such as harvesting, growing, mixing, while exploring alternative ways to develop inclusive conviviality and sustainability.
