The Fermented Water Salon

Acque in Fermento (The Fermented Water Salon), was a kiosk for fermented water. The kiosk created a place for knowledge and exchange between people, who for one night only could discover the world of the fermented elixir. Linked with the passing of time, the kiosk allowed visitors to see and understand the various steps of fermentation in large transparent vessels, where the transformation comes to life. In a dedicated area was also held a workshop open to the public.

A small booklet collecting fermented water recipe was designed by Arabeschi di Latte and printed for the occasion.
